At Firbanks Secure Transport we operate a fleet of distinguished vehicles which have been specifically selected to ensure safety and comfort.
Our staff are trained on de-escalation, and how to care for patients with special needs. By being resourceful and considering alternative options, patients can often be persuaded to relocate without being forced or the need for restraint. If necessary we will adjust the crew gender mix or change the type of vehicle to meet the service user needs, and have the care skills needed to ensure a smooth transition. Above all we look after patients and treat them with dignity and respect.
All our vehicles have extensive comprehensive insurance covering the client, employee and vehicle. All our vehicles are installed with GPS sophisticated systems, the latest security and locking systems and current optional extras to ensure both the drivers and our service users clients are safe and comfortable.

Transport Service
FST offers it's ambulance service 24/7, 365 days. We are an affordable, reliable and professional ambulance service. All our ambulances are operated by trained staff and our vehicles are fully equipped to get you to your destination as comfortably and safely as possible. Our ambulances can be used for all kinds of reasons, for example, hospital appointments, mental health patients transfers and specialist vehicles for disabled clients.
